- Support onboarding, activation, and ongoing engagement to improve adoption and usage.
2) Retention & Renewal
- Monitor account health and usage to identify risks early and prevent churn.
- Plan and support the renewal process: timelines, requirements gathering, documentation, and follow-ups.
3) Account Growth (Expansion)
- Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell (e.g., more seats, add-on solutions, learning campaigns, workshops/events).
- Present growth recommendations aligned with client HR priorities and business outcomes.
4) Internal Coordination & Delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Ops, Product, Finance) to ensure client requests are delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate notes, action items, and activity logs in CRM for visibility and smooth handoffs.
5) Reporting & Business Reviews
- Prepare basic account summaries and insights (usage, engagement, progress) for check-ins and QBRs.
- Share recommendations to help clients improve adoption and learning impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales / account management / customer success / client services (level considered based on role seniority).
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with corporate clients via email/calls/meetings.
- Highly organized; able to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and timelines.
- Interest or understanding in HR/L&D and workforce development (EdTech/HRTech experience is a plus).
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
