Work closely with internal users and external to identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation to investigate and resolve production system issues, and communicate system enhancement /bug fix requirements to multiple developer teams.
Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application to accurately define the issue.
Monitor systems and solve to prevent the occurrence of incidents, problems, errors, and improve overall performance.
Schedule, track and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments by using the applicable processes.
Job Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Accepting new graduates.
Passionate with technical support to solve complicated customer issues which include the ability to present or speak fluently to developer and customers.
