ความรับผิดชอบ

    • Cold Call and coordinate with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and pain points, and evangelize the business value of Hybrid Learning solution development
    • Collect information from customers in order to present solutions that meet customer needs.
    • Work closely and collaboratively with Learning Consultant, and Marketing teams in regards to technical proposals and pitches to customers
    • Follow up on the delivery of work or projects On time
    • Proceed with customers evaluating their satisfaction with services.
    • Support sales solutions to meet the company's goals.

คุณสมบัติ

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
    • At least 1-2 years experience in Telesales, Sales or related
    • Excellent communication skills and excellent presentation skills
    • Dynamic, initiative, service-mind and result-oriented
    • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
    • Experience in an edtech company, IT software and training will be a plus 
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for efficient sales and client management eg. Zoho, Airtable and Google Workspace
