Job Description:
- Building pipeline with prospect companies and current clients through expansion
- Schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss the FutureSkill for Business products and services offered with HR or L&D and other Line of Business department leaders
- Prepare deck and proposal for both new business opportunities and contract renewals with existing clients
- Creating and delivering accurate sales forecasts through strong pipeline management
- Collaborating with the greater sales team and marketing team to share best practices
- Maintain relationship with all client communications, including emails, phone calls and visits
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through targeted research and networking activities
- Stay up to date of market trends especially in upskilling and training, identifying opportunities for new products or services that align with specific client needs
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years experience in Corporate Sales, AE or related field is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for efficient sales and client management eg. Zoho, Airtable and Google Workspace
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated and driven by results
- Excellent communication skills and excellent presentation skills
- Strong writing, strategic thinking, ability to prospect efficiently, and strong planning skills
- Ability to adapt, or willing to learn how to develop a growth mindset
- Experience in an edtech company, IT software and training will be a plus
