Job Description:
  • Building pipeline with prospect companies and current clients through expansion
  • Schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss the FutureSkill for Business products and services offered with HR or L&D and other Line of Business department leaders
  • Prepare deck and proposal for both new business opportunities and contract renewals with existing clients
  • Creating and delivering accurate sales forecasts through strong pipeline management
  • Collaborating with the greater sales team and marketing team to share best practices 
  • Maintain relationship with all client communications, including emails, phone calls and visits
  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through targeted research and networking activities
  • Stay up to date of market trends especially in upskilling and training, identifying opportunities for new products or services that align with specific client needs

Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 years experience in Corporate Sales, AE or related field is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for efficient sales and client management eg. Zoho, Airtable and Google Workspace 
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Self-motivated and driven by results
  • Excellent communication skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Strong writing, strategic thinking, ability to prospect efficiently, and strong planning skills
  • Ability to adapt, or willing to learn how to develop a growth mindset
  • Experience in an edtech company, IT software and training will be a plus
