Role Summary
Creative Campaign Marketing is the “brain of the campaign team,” responsible for planning FutureSkill’s Product Year Package—from ideation and strategy to campaign planning, brief writing, and coordinating with creative/content/design/media teams. The role emphasizes hands-on experience in digital campaigns and KPI-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design creative campaign strategies for the Product Year Package (quarterly/monthly/promotion periods).
- Develop the campaign concept and Big Idea, then translate it into clear, sales-driving Key Messages / Angles / Hooks.
- Deliver end-to-end campaign planning: Objective → Target → Insight → Proposition → Channel Plan → Timeline → initial Budget.
- Write and communicate strong creative briefs that enable content/graphic/video/media teams to execute immediately.
- Collaborate with Performance/Media teams to ensure creatives drive results (Conversion/Leads/Sales) and are optimized per channel.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams/partners to deliver campaigns on time (Communication & Project Coordination).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on real data (A/B testing, creative iterations, landing page/CTA improvements).
- Summarize results and extract learnings; create reports to improve the next campaign cycle.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Digital Campaign / Creative Campaign / Campaign Marketing (real online campaign execution).
- Strong planning and strategic thinking skills (big-picture thinking + ability to break down into actionable plans).
- Excellent briefing skills: clear, structured briefs with rationale, objectives, examples, and defined deliverables.
- Very strong communication: able to work with multiple teams clearly, directly, and solve issues on the spot.
- Creative mindset: fast thinker, quick to test and iterate, goal-oriented.
- Data-informed approach: able to read results and optimize campaigns to hit KPIs.
- Experience creating viral content or doing content marketing.
Nice to Have
- Art/Design skills (e.g., basic KV creation, moodboards, layouts; Canva/Adobe; or sketching ideas to communicate).
- Experience working with EdTech / Subscription / Membership / Package Deals is a plus.
- Understanding of funnels/customer journeys and adapting creatives for each stage (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
