What you will do

  • Supervising and developing the operations of customer support team to ensure that the team is delivering the best support services and minimize customer churn on any channels on behalf of a company
     
  • Managing the customer success team to build good relationship with customers and seek for feedbacks to improve the overall user experience by co-working with developers, product experience, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Analyzing customer data to improve plans, ideas and/or suggestions focusing on retention and product improvement

  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships with profitable customers along with the Corporate sales team

  • Supervising staff and performing basic human resource tasks such as hiring, training staff and hosting in-house company events

  • Producing testimonials from both customers and profitable customers

  • Making weekly and monthly reports to Management team as needed


Qualification

  • A minimum of 3 years of work experiences including client services, customer experience management or customer success. (having an EdTech experience background is a HUGE plus)

  • A good service-minded with an excellent problem solving skill and can-do attitude

  • A strong sense of urgency and the ability to jump on client requests as they come up

  • Excellent teamwork and communications skills -- relationship building skills across all levels and cultures
