Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and manage a team of Digital Marketing Managers/Executives 
  • Develop digital marketing objectives and strategies to gain a competitive edge and ensure they are clearly communicated, tracked, and aligned
  • Build our digital marketing roadmap and develop specific campaigns to create high levels of customer interaction
  • Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders to ensure all digital efforts are fully synced up
  • Plan and manage budget across all digital channels and platforms
  • Track and measure the performance and revenue of all digital marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize marketing ROI
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital trends and continued advancements in digital technologies and marketing best practices
  • Liaise with Product, Design, Customer Support, and Sales to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
  • Manage and improve online content
  • Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

Requirements and skills

  • Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing a team of digital marketers and/or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of analytical, budget planning, and project management skills
  • Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights
  • Hands on experience with performance marketing, such as Facebook/Google Ads, or Marketing Analytics Tools
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Having very good  judgement and providing clear comments on content creation process.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
