Develops and implements a long-term customer portfolio management strategy which is aligned with our sales departments
Analyze and deliver insights and opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics throughout our sale, and other teams
Work closely with sale and customer success team to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the sale departments
Manage a sales team that can drive business growth across all B2C customer segments and profiles, and share accountability with the marketing function for improving the individual customer experience and strategy
Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong data analysis skills being able to foster a data-driven sale strategic plan
5+ years experiences in sale management role, driving and implementing revenue growth
Having some experiences in a marketing role
Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, and branding
Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
Significant general management and P&L experience
Strong technical experience with sale CRM and sale reporting tools
