We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Learning Designer to conceptualize, develop, and execute our onsite classes and workshops. The ideal candidate will be an expert in professional learning principles, a natural communicator, and a skilled facilitator. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of our class products, from defining learning outcomes and sourcing top-tier instructors to moderating sessions and fostering a vibrant learning community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructor Sourcing & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard subject-matter experts and instructors who are the best fit for each curriculum. This includes initial contact, briefing on course objectives, and negotiating contracts and compensation.
  • Learning Experience Design: Go beyond core content to design the entire learning journey. Develop innovative activities, interactive learning formats, assessment methods, and an overall supportive and memorable class environment.
  • Class Moderation & Facilitation: Co-moderate workshops with Class Directors or instructors, demonstrating excellent public speaking skills to create a fun, energetic, and engaging atmosphere for all participants.
  • Learner & Instructor Engagement: Actively engage with both learners and instructors, building strong rapport and fostering an environment of open dialogue and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for People Development: A genuine passion for designing onsite learning experiences and a deep-seated desire to develop high-quality leaders and satisfied learners.
  • Insight-Driven: Enjoys speaking with learners and instructors to gather insights that inform and improve curriculum design.
  • Confident Public Speaker: Enjoys and is skilled in moderating classes, facilitating discussions, and public speaking; not afraid to be expressive and take the lead.
  • Community Builder: Possesses strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build positive relationships with learners and instructors, with the goal of fostering a long-term learning community.
  • Modern & Tech-Savvy: Eager to learn new things and comfortable using modern tools, including familiarity with leveraging AI to enhance workflow and productivity.
  • Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team Player: An excellent team player with clear and effective communication skills.
