Qualifications:

1.Marketing Management Experience: Significant relevant experience (your actual role and capability are more important than the title). Should have hands-on experience and be able to work independently without the need for extensive guidance.
2.Creative Marketing Expertise: Strong background in digital marketing, especially in creative copywriting. Must be able to develop clear, compelling concepts. A portfolio showcasing strong creative and strategic campaigns is essential.
3.Strategic Marketing Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Should be able to present previous marketing strategies they have developed and successfully executed.
4. Team Leadership & Ownership: Proven ability to lead teams, take full ownership of tasks, and manage projects from start to finish. Regular coordination with freelance teams or other internal and external stakeholders is required.
5.Business Acumen: Must understand how marketing aligns with business KPIs and be able to develop campaigns that reflect this. Familiarity with prominent business leaders (e.g., คุณแท๊ป, พี่กระทิง, กวีวุฒิ, คุณบรรยง) is valuable. Candidates may be asked to explain how key business leaders have influenced them and why.
6.Critical Thinking & Feedback: Capable of offering high-level feedback and direction. Should be able to critique creative work thoughtfully, not focusing on minor details (like colors or fonts), but rather on strategic and impactful direction.
7. Product Development Experience: Experience helping turn around a product or working closely with product teams to develop marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience and lead to success in the market.

Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development: Collaborate with learning designers to extract and refine the key selling points of educational classes, requiring strong business and marketing insight.
2. Product Positioning: Lead efforts to make the class product compelling to potential learners, with involvement from the initial concept through to the final execution.
3. Marketing Material Creation: Develop key marketing materials such as copy, and creative concepts, by working with freelance resources.
4. Strategy & Execution: Oversee the entire marketing strategy for the product class, from high-level strategy to hands-on execution plans.
5. Content Review & Direction: Provide insightful feedback on marketing content, ensuring it aligns with both the product vision and marketing goals.
6. Team & Project Oversight: Manage the overall marketing efforts for the class product line, ensuring all campaigns meet their objectives.
7. Freelancer Management: Work with freelance content creators, graphic designers, and videographers, managing a network of freelancers to ensure project delivery and quality.
8. Content Marketing: Focus on creating value-driven content to drive sales, collaborating closely with the Ad Optimizer to maximize results.
