Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for hybrid monthly training programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Virtual Training Platform Management: Ensure smooth operation of virtual training platforms, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Training Content Review: Review and approve training/marketing content to ensure it meets organizational standards and objectives.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants. - Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on training metrics, including attendance, engagement, and evaluation results.
- Develop and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including suggestions for new training formats, topics, or technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and improvements based on market research insights
- Manage and Control Budget Estimate and Actually Cost
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a training or education setting.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with virtual training platforms
- Familiarity with learning management systems
