Manage and improve process within the development team
Lead and facilitate the Agile ceremonies (e.g. Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, etc.)
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Work with the Product Owner to build and maintain the product roadmap and backlog
Provide support to the Scrum team, including facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Identify and work to resolve roadblocks and dependencies to be sure the team can work effectively and deliver against the agreed development plans
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

QUALIFICATION:

Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience in IT industry such as Project Management or Scrum Master at least 3 year
Experience in a scrum master role
Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding management skills
Scrum master certification is a plus
